I’ve found the clothes I want but can’t select my size

 

​The best way to know when a particular size or style is coming back is to sign up for our restock alerts! If the style or size you’re after is sold out, you can sign up to get an email notification when the shoe is back in stock. The link to sign up for alerts is located just below the size selection bar on each product page.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

When you are logged into your profile, you can see the current status on all of your orders from your order details.

There you can see if and when an order has been (completed, i.e.) dispatched, the delivery address, and the possible tracking.

Please note that some mail boxes might be too small for shipments to fit into. The courier might leave a pick up notice for larger or odd shaped items.

The estimated delivery time can be seen on the product page that is excluding weekends and holidays.



Don’t have a Claudiu Paun profile? If you have made an order at our shop, that means you have a profile, as ordering without one is impossible from our shop.

Part of my order is missing

 

You can find out your delivery window by checking the confirmation email that was sent to you when you completed your order. We will also send you an email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information, so you know where it is right up to when it arrives at your door. If your order has not arrived with you within your stated delivery window, please send us an email, including your name and order number to: contact.claudiupaun@gmail.com

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

Claudiu Paun Payments lets you accept payments from major credit cards:

Is it safe to order online?

 

Absolutely.  All orders placed on our website are processed using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to secure your information.  It’s the same technology that banks use! 

When you get to the checkout screen where you enter your credit card information, you’ll notice the URL in your browser will change from “http” to “https” and a small padlock icon will appear in your browser’s address bar.  This indicates that you are on a secure page that’s using a valid SSL certificate and any information you submit will be encrypted and transmitted securely.

Can you give me more information about the clothes ?

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including:

  • A detailed description

  • Lots of pictures

  • How the sizing works

  • How to care for your item

There's a section on each product page just below the images where you can find details on the material and any sizing information such as whether the style or brand fits true to size. 

There's also a link to our size guide on each product page next to the ‘select size' box so you can find out the specific measurements for each size.

If you can't find the information you're looking for and the item you're looking to order is a non-Claudiu Paun brand, we'd recommend checking the brand's own website for further details.

Can I track my order ?

 

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a despatch confirmation email once your order is on its way and the expected delivery date. Simply click on 'Track Order' link within the email and this will take you to your account.

  • Sign into your account

  • Go to ‘My Orders’ tab

  • Select the order you wish to track

  • Click on 'View Tracking Details'

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

Due to our robust warehouse processes, it is very unlikely that we have sent you the wrong product.

However, mistakes do happen and if you believe that this has happened, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number (xxxxxxxxx)

  • The item you expected to receive

  • A clear photograph of the item you received

We will look to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

If you forgot to use your discount code when placing your order, simply contact our customer care team and ask them to add it to your order. Please make sure you attach the discount code when contacting us. How did we do?

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Please understand the difficult situation of Royal Mail and Claudiu Paun due to pandemic. We are trying our best to provide high standard products and services. Your patience is much appreciated. 

It would arrive between 3 and 4 days as stated in our shipping policy. for UK .

Delivery for other country can go at 5-10 days time of delivery.
